You will be engaging in an internship, student teaching/practicum or study-abroad experience that will take you away from Jacksonville.You do not anticipate the need for year-round housing (11.5 month contract fall, spring and summer).You want traditional apartment living with an individual contract.You are a mature resident who values independence.
If you withdraw, transfer, graduate or move out prior to the move out date, you are still responsible for the contract. The Flats at UNF contract is NOT tied to enrollment status.The Flats at UNF contract is an 11.5 month contract (mid-August to end of July), paid in 12 monthly rent installments.The Flats at UNF is a separate housing contract with different Terms and Conditions than that of Osprey Village and Osprey Fountains.Some important differences to note about The Flats at UNF: The Flats at UNF is comprised of eight, three floor buildings and provides housing for approximately 473 students. The Flats at UNF was purchased by the University in October 2014 adding true apartment style living as an option for upper-class UNF students.
